Eng-Con Holdings Ltd is now accepting applications for the 2022 construction season. Formed in 1979 Eng-Con is a well-established Water & Sewer contractor in the Edmonton area. We offer an excellent compensation/benefit package and foster a culture of promoting from within.

We are looking for the following positions:

• Superintendent (10+ Years Water and Sewer Experience Required)
• Foreman (5+ Years Water and Sewer Experience Required)
• Pipe Layer (3+ Years Water and Sewer Experience Required)
• Pipe Layer Helper (2+ Years Water and Sewer Experience Required)
• Topman (3+ Years Water and Sewer Experience Required)
• Topman Helper (2+ Years Water and Sewer Experience Required)
• Laborer

Key Responsibilities:

• Ability to work in outdoor conditions that are labor intensive
• Participate in safety meetings and adhere to Eng-Con’s safety policies
• Provide training to new employees
• Report all incidents, near misses and equipment damage to site supervision

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to work in a team environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Must be punctual and dependable
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license with reliable transportation
• Able to work 10-12 hours per day Monday to Saturday
