Eng-Con was selected to design and construct a new 2.2km waterline from the Hamlet of Sangudo to service the new County Administration Office.
The new watermain ran through an existing developed residential area and had to cross some farmland, wetland and heavily treed areas. When working in the occupied areas Eng-Con adhered to local by-laws and was understanding and considerate to all residents. When working in the undeveloped areas, Eng-Con worked with the affected parties to ensure the disturbed areas were repaired to their satisfaction.
